OUT BUILDINGS: There are four small grain

LAND INFORMATION: This property lays
practically flat with excellent soil types. The
north quarter is made up of practically all
class 1 soil type. The south quarter has a
combination of approximately ½ - 2/3 class 1
soil type and the rest has some sand base mixed
in. The north quarter is probably one of the
nicest lying quarters in this county. The south
quarter is practically flat with a couple minor
knobs on it.
WELLS: There is one irrigation well on
this farm which feeds both pivots. The
underground pipe from the first pivot is 10
diameter and the other pipe is 8 diameter. The
irrigation well was updated in November of 2007.
The well is 330 deep and is 287 to static
water. The well was test pumped at 1300 gallon
per minute and is set to pump at 630 gallon per
minute on low pressure systems. The well has a
Peerless pump and column, 100hp pump/motor and
size for AB panel, underground PVC pipe and
wire. The well has a new electric motor and the
systems are all electric.
PIVOTS: There are 2 Reinke 7 tower, model
60G center pivot irrigation systems in very good
condition and are 7 years old.
POSSESSION AND CLOSING: Buyer will get
possession at time of closing which will be 30
days following an accepted purchase agreement.
Buyer will get physical possession on March 1,
2010.
