There are no wetland acres on either farm.

possession and closing:  Buyer will get possession of the property as of the date of closing.  The closing to be on or around December 27, 2008.

Sale TERMS:  10% to be paid down with the purchase agreement and the balance to be paid at closing in the form of certified funds.  NOTE:  Each farm may sell to separate buyers, however, if only one farm sells, then the other will not sell.  In other words, we must have an accepted purchase agreement for both tracts of land in order for farms to sell.
